The tag for a Dachshund
For a Dachshund we recommend the Small tag (3,6 × 2,2 cm), from €10.00, tax included. The standard Dachshund weighs 7-9 kg and suits the Small tag; the Kaninchen and Miniature, at 4-5 kg, are better with the Mini. With such short legs, anything that hangs too low brushes the ground, so a flat, light tag is the way to go.
- Adult weight 4–9 kg

Long, low and stubborn, the Dachshund was bred to go down badger setts and keeps that old courage. Affectionate with its own, vocal with everyone else; mind its back: no jumping off the sofa.

Questions about tags for a Dachshund
Which tag size does a Dachshund need?
Small (3,6 × 2,2 cm), or Mini if it's between sizes or wears a wide collar. The editor shows the exact size of each shape and the real letter height.
Why that size for a Dachshund?
The standard Dachshund weighs 7-9 kg and suits the Small tag; the Kaninchen and Miniature, at 4-5 kg, are better with the Mini. With such short legs, anything that hangs too low brushes the ground, so a flat, light tag is the way to go.
How long does it take?
We make it in 2–4 días and ship by post (3–5 working days) or GLS (24–48 h).
Will the tag show through a Dachshund's coat?
Short coat: the whole tag shows. Pick a colour that contrasts with the coat and big letters: the name is raised and readable from afar.
