We have four sizes: Mini, Small, Standard, and Large. The specific measurements for each size are detailed in the product sheets so you can choose the one that best suits your pet.

Manufacturing time is 6 to 8 business days , as each product is customized. Shipping time is also added, depending on the chosen option:

• Shipping with tracking number (by agency): Fast and secure.

• Ordinary envelope (without tracking): Up to 10 days.

• Free shipping: On purchases over €24.99, with tracking number included.

Since these are personalized products, we do not accept returns if the customer made a mistake (such as incorrect information when placing the order). However, if the error is ours, we will send you a new badge at no additional cost . Additionally, you do not need to return the defective product.
