The tag for a Shih Tzu
For a Shih Tzu we recommend the Small tag (3,6 × 2,2 cm), from €10.00, tax included. The Shih Tzu weighs 4-7 kg and its long hair falls over the neck, so the Small shows better than the Mini, which gets lost in the mane. With a puppy cut and a thin collar, the Mini works too.
- Adult weight 4–7 kg
- Long coat: go for a bright colour and big letters, as the coat hides part of the tag.
- Normal neck

A Chinese palace dog, the Shih Tzu is calm, cuddly and perfect for flats and older people. Its short muzzle makes it snore and suffer in the heat, and its coat needs daily brushing or a short cut.

Questions about tags for a Shih Tzu
Which tag size does a Shih Tzu need?
Small (3,6 × 2,2 cm), or Mini if it's between sizes or wears a wide collar. The editor shows the exact size of each shape and the real letter height.
Why that size for a Shih Tzu?
The Shih Tzu weighs 4-7 kg and its long hair falls over the neck, so the Small shows better than the Mini, which gets lost in the mane. With a puppy cut and a thin collar, the Mini works too.
How long does it take?
We make it in 2–4 días and ship by post (3–5 working days) or GLS (24–48 h).
Will the tag show through a Shih Tzu's coat?
Long coat: go for a bright colour and big letters, as the coat hides part of the tag. Pick a colour that contrasts with the coat and big letters: the name is raised and readable from afar.
