The tag for a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo)
For a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo) we recommend the Standard tag (4,6 × 2,7 cm), from €11.00, tax included. Though tall, the Galgo has a long, thin neck and wears a wide martingale collar: the Standard reads well on it, the Large if it is over 28 kg. Many galgos are adopted and skittish, so a tag with a clearly visible phone number is their best insurance if they spook and bolt.
- Adult weight 20–30 kg
- Short coat: the whole tag shows.

The Galgo is a sprinter that at home turns into a sofa with legs: it sleeps twenty hours and runs for ten minutes. Calm, sensitive and quiet, it is one of the most adopted dogs in Spain after years of abandonment.

Questions about tags for a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo)
Which tag size does a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo) need?
Standard (4,6 × 2,7 cm), or Large if it's between sizes or wears a wide collar. The editor shows the exact size of each shape and the real letter height.
Why that size for a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo)?
Though tall, the Galgo has a long, thin neck and wears a wide martingale collar: the Standard reads well on it, the Large if it is over 28 kg. Many galgos are adopted and skittish, so a tag with a clearly visible phone number is their best insurance if they spook and bolt.
How long does it take?
We make it in 2–4 días and ship by post (3–5 working days) or GLS (24–48 h).
Will the tag show through a Spanish Greyhound (Galgo)'s coat?
Short coat: the whole tag shows. Pick a colour that contrasts with the coat and big letters: the name is raised and readable from afar.
