At Mira Que Guau!, we work with custom products designed exclusively for you, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and manufactured.

However, we understand that errors can occur. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

1. Manufacturing errors by Mira Que Guau!

If we make a mistake while manufacturing your product (such as incorrect information or a different design than requested), we promise to correct it at no additional cost to you. You won't need to return the incorrect product; we'll simply manufacture a new one and cover all shipping costs.

2. Customer errors when placing the order

If the information provided by the customer contains errors or the customization is requested incorrectly, Mira Que Guau! will not be held responsible. Please carefully review all information before confirming your order.

3. Conditions not applicable to returns

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for changes of mind.
• Products that have already been manufactured cannot be modified or refunded, except in the cases indicated above.

4. Claims process

• If you notice an error in your order, please contact us at hola@miraqueguau.es or use our contact form within 7 business days of receiving the product.
• Please attach clear photographs of the product and a brief description of the problem so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
